Cartoon Network, the 24 hour all-cartoon cable service, has announcedseveral highlights on its fall schedule. Cartoon Network forms Cartoon Network Studios

Turner plans another toon network

In 1992, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS) first launched its 24 hourall-cartoon cable service, Cartoon Network. Next spring, Turner will launcha second all-toon service, Boomerang.
