From Aardman and Atlas V comes ‘Wallace & Gromit in The Grand Getaway,’ a hilarious and cinematic sci-fi adventure, and its mini-game ‘Jamtastic!,’ a set of virtual and mixed reality games set to debut on the Meta Quest.
Prepare to be transported into the charming and hilarious world of Wallace & Gromit like never before. The classic stop-motion duo are about to make their virtual and mixed reality debut on the Meta Quest! The multi-award-winning animation studio Aardman and immersive storytelling experts Atlas V just unveiled the initial trailers for their brand-new game, Wallace & Gromit in The Grand Getaway and its mini-game Wallace & Gromit Jamtastic!.
In The Grand Getaway, as the duo get ready for their golfing getaway with their new contraption Auto-Caddy and their assistant Beryl, they quickly realize that Wallace had his dates mixed up, and that the only way to make it to Bognor Regis golfing resort on time is by taking the Rocket. Ever the maker of his own misfortune, Wallace soon causes mayhem with a clumsy mishap which sends their Rocket flying off course to Mars, where their adventure begins. Players must guide them back to Earth through a hilarious and cinematic sci-fi adventure divided into 12 episodes.
Also included is the Jamtastic! mini-game, where players become Wallace's breakfast contraption tester, using his new "jam-to-toast delivery system" in mixed reality. With the assistance of his “helping hands” that takeover and transform their real-world space, and regular check-ins from Wallace as he beams into your home live from his Grand Getaway, players will be guided through 30 unique levels of jamtastic fun.

The Grand Getaway and Jamtastic! are a co-production between Aardman and Atlas V, in association with No Ghost and Albyon, with the support of immersive distributor and publisher Astrea and the Meta Quest team, and for Jamtastic!, the German producer Reynard Films.
