Telegael Co-Productions in Running at Pulcinella

Telegael co-productions are set to be well represented at the Cartoons on the Bay Pulcinella Awards following the nomination of "Groove High" and the official selection of "Wild Grinders," "The Woodlies" and "My Phone Genie" in the TV Series for Kids and Live Action TV Series categories.

Telegael co-production Groove High is in the running to pick up a Pulcinella Award in the category of Best TV Series for Kids at the Cartoons on the Bay Festival.

Groove High is a live action/animation series aimed at 7 to 12 year old children about a group of talented kids at an elite school for the performing arts and stars Jonathan Bailey and Samantha Barks star as main characters Tom and Zoe. Groove High’s live action was filmed at Telegael’s partner studio Studio Solas and co-produced with Planet Nemo Animation and Nexus Factory for Disney Channel. Telegael are also producing an Irish language version for TG4, starring Gráinne Bleasdale and Cárthach Bán Breathnach.

Co-productions Wild Grinders (Home Plate Entertainment, Telegael, Agogo Corporation, and Copernicus Studios) and The Woodlies (Flying Bark Productions, Telegael) have been included in the official selection in the TV Series for Kids category, while My Phone Genie (Talent Television, Telegael, Moonscoop) has been included in the official selection in the Live Action TV Series category.
