Prime Video Drops ‘The Boys’ Season 4 Trailer

New supes are headed to our screens in the Emmy-nominated series, which follows a group of superheroes who exploit their tremendous influence and popularity, when the new season premieres June 13.

Prime Video has released a new trailer for the upcoming Season 4 of The Boys, featuring Starlight, Homelander, and some brand-new supes.

The Boys takes a fun, irreverent, and often grizzly look at what happens when superheroes abuse their powers rather than use them for good. In the new season, Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son as well as his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team is fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they must find a way to work together to save the world.

Season 4 stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Colby Minifie, Claudia Doumit, and Cameron Crovetti, as well as newcomers Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

The series is based on the New York Times best-selling comic by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, who serve as executive producers. Eric Kripke developed the franchise and serves as showrunner and executive producer. Seth Rogen; Evan Goldberg; James Weaver; Neal H. Moritz; Pavun Shetty; Phil Sgriccia; Craig Rosenberg; Ken F. Levin; Jason Netter; Paul Grellong; David Reed; Meredith Glynn; and Michaela Starr also serve as executive producers.

The Boys is produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television, with Kripke Enterprises, Original Film, and Point Grey Pictures.

Some of the studios producing Season 4’s VFX include Ingenuity Studios, MR.X, Soho VFX, Spin VFX, and Trend VFX.

The Boys returns on to Prime Video on June 13, streaming in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
