Platige Image Shares Spot for Lamborghini Revuelto Hybrid

Directed by Alessandro Pacciani, the two-minute commercial, ‘From Now On,’ contains 130 VFX shots, blending CGI with live-action footage shot in Spain.

Post-production studio Platige Image has created a new commercial, From Now On, for the Lamborghini Revuelto hybrid car. Directed by Alessandro Pacciani and filmed in Spain, the two-minute trailer has already garnered four million views within weeks of its release.

Nearly 200 individuals collaborated on the project, creating 130 VFX shots using cutting-edge CGI. The production required the creation of a futuristic laboratory and the temporary closure of a city street to capture moving shots of the vehicle.

Pacciani blends live-action footage with digital imagery alongside cinematic narrative. His resume includes commercials for powerhouse brands like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Nike, Samsung, and Google, as well as work on game cinematics like Dark Souls II. Platige Image previously collaborated with Pacciani on commercials for Jaguar and Abarth.

Heading the Platige Image team were Artur Zicz as Executive Producer; Wojtek Wesołowski as VFX Producer; and Łukasz Dziedziński as VFX Supervisor. The spot was produced by Karen Film and agencies Beyond the Line and Le Dictateur.

“Working on projects like these requires a level of precision and confidentiality that few other industries can match,” said Wesołowski. “We're dealing with prototype models, meaning everything from blueprints to computer visualizations must be kept under lock and key until the big reveal.”

Wesołowski continued, “Collaborating with Alessandro is a challenge in itself, as he is a creator who effortlessly weaves together dynamic, cohesive, and visually stunning spots, while also possessing expert knowledge of the post-production and digital special effects world.”

“We were involved in the project right from the start with the conceptualization phase through location shoot, and post-production,” said Dziedziński.
