ABC Family launches into the world of animation tonight (Aug. 14, 2007) with the debut of SLACKER CATS. Starting at 10:00 pm, the new adult animation series is from Kevin Cecil and Andy Riley, who are the BAFTA-winning creators of HYPERDRIVE.
The show follows two lazy cats named Buckley and Eddie, who find themselves in mishap after mishap in the town of Wendell. The animation was produced by Film Roman. The cast includes Harland Williams, Sinbad, Emo Philips, Alex Borstein (FAMILY GUY), Kiersten Warren (DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES), Nicole Sullivan (MAD TV) and Niecy Nash (RENO 911!).
