Four Animated Features Nominated for European Film Awards

Platige Image’s ‘Another Day of Life,’ Aardman feature ‘Early Man,’ Cartoon Saloon’s ‘The Breadwinner,’ and Luxembourg-France co-production ‘White Fang’ to compete at the 31st European Film Awards.

Directed by Raul de la Fuente & Damian Nenow, the animation for ‘Another Day of Life’ was produced at Platige Image in Poland.

BERLIN -- The European Film Academy has announced the nominations for the EUROPEAN ANIMATED FEATURE FILM 2018 and EUROPEAN COMEDY 2018 award categories.

Four animated features have been nominated to compete at the 31st European Film Awards, including Platige Image’s Another Day of Life, Aardman feature Early Man, Cartoon Saloon’s The Breadwinner, and Luxembourg-France co-production White Fang.

The nominated films will soon be submitted to the more than 3,500 EFA Members to elect the winner. The European Comedy 2018 and the European Animated Feature Film 2018 will then be presented at the 31st European Film Awards Ceremony on Saturday, December 15, in Seville.
