BBC Earth, Reliance Big Walk with Dinosaurs 3D

BBC Earth and Reliance Big Entertainment have inked a three-picture co-pro and distribution agreement, reports Variety.

BBC Earth and Reliance Big Entertainment have inked a three-picture co-pro and distribution agreement, reports Variety. Reliance's IM Global will release all the films.

The first project will be WALKING WITH DINOSAURS 3D, which is budgeted at $65 million. Evergreen Films' Pierre de Lespinois and BBC Earth's Neil Nightingale are co-directing.

The second production will be AFRICA 3D, a $25 million doc. Shooting will be in conjunction with the BBC series, AFRICA.

The third project will be LIFE. Co-directed by Mike Gunton and Martha Holmes, the doc follows animals from life to death. Magic Light Pictures' Martin Pope and Michael Rose are the producers. Picture is set for release in 2011.
