Trailer: Stoopid Buddy’s ‘Buddy Thunderstruck’ Headed to Netflix

Forthcoming kids series created by American Greetings Entertainment in collaboration with Stoopid Buddy Stoodios premieres on Netflix on March 10th.

Ahead of the show’s premiere on March 10th, here’s a brand-new trailer for Netflix’s upcoming kids series Buddy Thunderstruck.

The new series was created by American Greetings Entertainment in collaboration with Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, led by founders Seth Green, Eric Towner, Matt Senreich and John Harvatine IV. Stoopid Buddy is known for its unique animation and stop-motion aesthetic on shows like Adult Swim’s Emmy-winning series Robot Chicken, Sony Crackle’s SuperMansion starring Bryan Cranston, Chris Pine and Keegan Michael Key, MAD’s Spy vs Spy, WWE Slam City, and more.

Buddy Thunderstruck marks the studio’s first big push into kids programming while also promising to provide lots of laughs for adults. The action-comedy, stop-motion extravaganza follows the adventures of a semi-truck racing dog named Buddy and his albino ferret mechanic. It all goes down in race-obsessed Greasepit, a place chock full of larger-than-life characters and nitro-burning, gear-slamming, tyre-squealing, fish-tailing good times.

Check out the new trailer in the player below, and stay tuned for all 12 episodes beginning March 10:
