T3 producer Andy Vajna and Mario Kassar of C2 Pictures, Warner Bros. TV and writer Josh Friedman (WAR OF THE WORLDS) are teaming to bring THE TERMINATOR franchise to TV via FOX, reports VARIETY. Tentatively titled THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES will chronicle the adventures of Sarah Connor and her savior son John Connor prior to the event of the third feature. Friedman will also serve as exec producer-showrunner with Vajna and Kassar as exec producers and C2 svp of development James Middleton as producer. C2 is finishing up the development of the fourth feature in the film series, which is planned to kick off a whole new trilogy of pictures.
