The Seoul Net & Film Festival (SeNef) is the leading On/Offline film festival in Korea open to international and domestic film and moving image works. From this year on, SeNef is officially and financially supported by Korean Government (The Ministry of Culture & Tourism), which will make SeNef extend, rebourn and support more artists all over the world.
The Seoul Net Festival (online) will be held from May 1 to Sept. 22 (May 1 to July 5 for Competition section, to Sept. 22 for Out-of Competition section). The Seoul Film Festival (offline) will be held Sept. 15 to Sept. 22. All genres are accepted: moving image arts such as fiction/non-fiction, animation, experimental, music video, Flash, Web art works etc., but based on digital process and completed after Jan. 1, 2003.
