The National Cartoonists Society has announced this year's nominees for the Reuben Award. The Reuben winner, as well as the winners in all the NCS Division Awards, will be announced at the 60th Annual Reuben Awards Banquet in Chicago on May 27, 2006.
NCS announced the nominees in 11 of its 13 categories, including Animation Feature, which went to Nick Park for WALLACE & GROMIT: CURSE OF THE WERE-RABBIT, character designer Craig Kellman for MADAGASCAR and character designer Carlos Grangel for CORPSE BRIDE. The nominees in the remaining categories, including Animation Television, will be announced shortly.
