Antefilms Production will be launching two new series, as well as its other successfully series, at booth 24.05 at this years MIPCOM. This announcement comes on the heals of Antefilms announcement that it has purchased France Animation, which produces LITTLE VAMPIRE, SPACE LUNIES, and DR. DOG.
The new 2D/3D production INVISIBLE MAN is being produced in partnership with M6, RAI, Antena 3 and BRB. Set in a futuristic-retro world of high technology and spies, superhero Alan Crystal fights to maintain justice in a city threatened by the dark shadow of the evil Opacus. CODE LYOKO is a 2D/3D series that tells the adventures of a group of students who discover a parallel virtual world. Launched on France 3 in September, this series already takes in 30% of the market share for children 4-10.
The hit TV series FUNKY COPS will roll into MIPCOM with a new toy licensing deal with Mattel worldwide. The series currently airs in more than 100 countries including FOX BOX US and Fox Kids Europe. Additional properties, Antefilms will be pre-selling and selling, include PET ALIEN, FRED THE CAVEMAN and FLIGHT SQUAD. Antefilms will be at MIPCOM booth 22.09.
