Ken Faier has departed Alliance Atlantis to join Nerd Corps Entertainment as president, responsible for the overall management and administration of the company's library of existing and new intellectual properties, including arranging financing, co-production partners, distribution and licensing and merchandising deals as well as work with the management team to oversee expansion of the companys infrastructure into a full service global player in the childrens market.
The company, which produces the animation for Alliance Atlantis DRAGON BOOSTER series, will focus initially on two properties presently in development. The first, a CGI boys action/adventure series titled STORM HAWKS, will target kids 6-11 to be delivered in 2007. The other project is a comedy/action series in the early stages of development.

Faier was vp of production and distribution, overseeing the childrens division for Alliance Atlantis, for the past five years. Prior to Alliance Atlantis, Faier worked for 11 years at Brunico Communications Inc., where his responsibilities spanned publishing, events, Internet development, marketing and general management.
