All Grown Up Kids Hit Special and DVD Road

The tweens of Nickelodeons ALL GROWN UP hit the road with their moms to explore America in a one-hour special R.V. HAVING FUN YET? that aired Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, at 8:00 pm on Nickelodeon. The family fun arrives on home video and DVD today (Oct. 11).

When mothers must get Susie to the Big Apple for a singing gig, they decide to turn it into a family bonding adventure, packing everyone aboard a rickety R.V. with long stretches of mind-numbing open roads, the tweens are bored to tears on visits to the worlds biggest ball of string, widest Christmas tree and museum of mayonnaise. Itching to assert their independence, the kids sneak off to see the legendary ghost of an Indian princess in a desert geyser. They find themselves stranded at the New Mexico park rangers station after the unknowing moms motor on.

Ranger Walking Wind kicks off their amazing odyssey via dog sleds, hot air balloons and covered wagons in Amish country to find their moms. Never happier to spot the clunky R.V. and a bit wiser, Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica and the gang rendezvous with their moms. The R.V. breaks down but they catch an18-hour ride in an onion truck to make it to the Gracys Day Parade, where Susie climbs atop a float and wows the crowd.

ALL GROWN UP is created and produced by Arlene Klasky and Gabor Csupo through their studio Klasky Csupo in Los Angeles.
