After recently closing its first Series A round of venture capital financing, Hawaiibased Pipelinefx has closed a reseller agreement with CG Wave Inc., one of Koreas most respected computer graphics software resellers.

Pipelinefxs Korea initiatives were spearheaded by PacifiCap Group Llc., the lead investor in the company.
PacifiCap helped Pipelinefx to initiate contacts with several large players in Koreas growing digital media industry, including Independence, Semologic, IBM Korea and NC Soft, the online gaming powerhouse. Key relationships were made and the right reseller team was selected to introduce Pipelinefxs products into this vibrant market, stated Kang Ahn, who acted as liaison. Ahn also represents PacifiCap on the Pipelinefx board.
Spencer and Ahn additionally met with officials of the Gyeonggi Digital Art Hive Center, a government funded incubator, which shares a 100CPU renderfarm with several CG animation and game companies.
