In the 3DCG show, four teen girls living in the neo-futuristic African city of Lusaka are recruited by a retired secret agent still committed to saving the world... even if it’s on a budget. In their journey from schoolgirls tackling homework to undercover superheroes fending off supervillains, they’re transformed from a motley crew of friends into Supa Team 4!
The series stars Zowa Ngwira; Namisa Mdlalose; Kimani Arthur; Nancy Sekhokoane; Pamela Nomvete; and John MacMillan. It’s created by Malenga Mulendema and executive produced by Anthony Silverston; Mike Buckland; Tom van Waveren; Edward Galton; and Amy Keating Rogers. Malenga Mulendema serves as co-executive producer. Ciara Breslin, Cake Entertainment, and Triggerfish produce the show, which is animated by Superprod Animation Studio. The main title theme is by Sampa the Great and Mag 44.
