Marvel Television has started development on a new HULK TV series with ABC, reports Heat Vision. Moreover, Marvel TV is working on a CLOAK AND DAGGER series, which might end up on ABC Family. CLOAK AND DAGGER follows two teen runaways who develop the superpowers of absorbing people and shooting daggers of light, respectively.
Marvel has a list of properties that it has been pushing to networks as possible TV series. HEROES FOR HIRE centers on ex-con Luke Cage who becomes a mercenary for hire. THE ETERNALS looks at how superpowered beings living among us have inspired legends. AGENTS OF ATLAS, ALTER EGO follows PI Jessica Jones who specializes in cases dealing with superhumans. MOON KNIGHT, THE RED HOOD revolves around a two-bit crook that finds a superpowered cloak. KA-ZAR finds a Tarzan-like character and his saber-tooth tiger in a modern city. DAUGHTERS OF THE DRAGON centers on two female private eyes — one has a bionic arm and the other is the descendent of a samurai. THE PUNISHER would extend the story of the one-man crimefighting machine from the two feature films.
