Timur Bekmatebov is the director. Seth Grahame-Smith adapted his novel for the screen. Bekmatebov is producing with Tim Burton and Jim Lemley. The alternative history tale finds Lincoln's mother murdered by bloodsuckers, which Lincoln hunts down for the rest of his life.
Production on the 3-D film will begin next month. Fox has set June 22, 2012 for the film's release.
