I want to utilize this thread for good podcasts about animation, because I find that they are really enjoyable to listen to while drawing. I'll start it off...

Animation and Design
These are not entirely animation-centric but if you are into CG and creativity I'd recommend them:
Media Artist Secrets is very inspiring, it discusses the creative life. The podcaster, Franklyn McMahon, is very good and he also contributes to Creative Cow which is more software based. CG Cast is very CG focussed and not the most professional but has some nice interviews and is improving all the time. FX Guide is interesting for post-production.
