As part of the fifth edition of the International Festival of the Comic Strip, the National Institute of Nice Arts (INBA) has issued a call for entries for the comic strip competition. The competition is for artists 30 years old and younger and will strengthen the artistic and cultural exchanges between artists living around the Mediterranean Sea. The top 20 artists' work will be shown at the festival, all expenses paid except transportation. Strips must have the following: an English version of the story, storyboard, five finished pages in JPEG, PDF or PSD format, a CV with photograph included, and proof of age.
