Hello people,
I am Dhairya from India, and want to pursue further studies in the USA! BTW I just got accepted in OTIS college of art and design and also in SCAD(Savannah college of art and design) for animation and vfx program. And I am seriously confused which college should I select!! People please help me out and give your suggestions, will be a great help!!,
And please reply asap as I have to give my decision before 1st may!!

Thank you.

I highly recommend SCAD, it

I highly recommend SCAD, it is a private, non-profit, accredited university awarding degrees in arts and design, governed by an elected University Board of Trustees, which serves as the institution's highest authority, setting the university's mission and broad policy for the university, providing financial resources for adequate support goals of the university and presidential elections. The SCAD administration is accountable to the Board of Trustees. Council members direct the university administration to implement and comply with the policies and guidelines required by the accreditation criteria issued by the College Commission of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The Board of Trustees meets twice a year to conduct any business.

Think three times since Otis

Think three times since Otis College of Art and Design accepts 78% of its students. Half of the applicants admitted to Otis College of Art and Design have an ACT score of 23 to 29. However, a quarter of admitted applicants score above these ranges and a quarter below these ranges. The Otis College of Art and Design application fee is $ 50.

I was in a similar situation

I was in a similar situation once. I advise you to read reviews and articles on the topic of admission! Here is a great article on different difficult situations in college https://get-a-wingman.com/7-situations-in-college-in-which-you-will-certainly-recognize-yourself/ there are many great tips! Consider teacher ratios and faculty when applying, some people look at the percentage of faculty members working full-time as an indicator of how much time a professor spends with his students. This is because part-time teachers may not work on campus as much as their full-time counterparts.

Hope your decision worth it.

Hope your decision worth it. I often think about my good old days at SCAD. The best time ever. The level of education is high and no regrets! The only thing that I would change at my time to have social media so we could post everything on Instagram. How cool it could be to scroll the feed and go back in memories to all those projects, parties, and just one of the most enjoyable periods in my life. Fortunately, some guys from my University came up with the best service for social media marketing and since then we have collaborated on the design part for different Instagram profiles. Anyways, good luck at the Uni!
