Pocoyo Holiday Promo Launches On Univision’s Despierta America

“Despierta América,” Univision’s top-rated morning show, kicks off the holiday season with a special month-long on-air promotion, Despierta con Pocoyo, featuring POCOYO from Zinkia Entertainment’s hit children’s property.

Miami, FL., November 8, 2011  — “Despierta América,” Univision’s top-rated morning show, kicks off the holiday season with a special month-long on-air promotion, Despierta con Pocoyo, featuring POCOYO from Zinkia Entertainment’s hit children’s property.

The Despierta con Pocoyo promotion runs through Thursday, December 1.  During this time, “Despierta América” viewers will be asked to log onto Univision’s website (Univision.com) and provide a submission (150-words maximum) explaining why they deserve to win the POCOYO gift basket of toys and DVDs.  Throughout the contest period, “Despierta América” hosts will announce winners, giving away a total of 25 POCOYO gift baskets based on the popular preschool animation series and valued at approximately $200 each.  To participate, viewers must go to Univision.com keyword Despierta America for contest information, rules and regulations.

Each of the 25 POCOYO gift baskets awarded during the promotional period will include a set of toys from Bandai America with the all-new POCOYO SwiggleTraks™; a POCOYO Bump n’ Go musical racing car; Squeeze n’ Play POCOYO, Elly and Pato musical plush; a POCOYO Bath Fun Water Taxi; a POCOYO Bath Fun - 3 Pack that includes figures of POCOYO, Elly and Pato; POCOYO and Loula Bath Fun Traceables; as well as four POCOYO DVDs from NCircle Entertainment (“Meet Pocoyo,” “Let’s Party,” “Super Pocoyo” and “Dance Pocoyo Dance!).
