Guru Announces New Sales for ‘Justin Time’

Award-winning preschool show extends its reach into more than 200 countries with five new international deals.

TORONTO -- Guru Studio has announced five new international deals which extend Justin Time's reach into more than 200 countries. The award-winning preschool show, which follows the adventures of Justin and his best friends Olive and Squidgy as they travel to historical places around the world, will soon air on Presto (Australia), E-vision (Middle East, North Africa), and expand its presence on Discovery Kids (Southeast Asia).

"Our agents at Jetpack Distribution and Small Screen Distribution have done astounding work in generating continued success growing the Justin Time brand," said Mary Bredin, Guru Studio's EVP of Content and Strategy.

"The global diversity of these broadcast and non-linear platforms proves that the success of a truly great show is never constrained by time nor distance,” commented Dominic Gardiner, CEO of Jetpack Distribution.

"These beloved characters enjoy discovering the world so it's wonderful that our audiences around the world continue to discover them," added Kerry Novick of Small Screen Distribution.

The show will also see expanded reach in the UK, with the Tiny Pop service now part of Sony Pictures Television, and will be airing on VMe Kids, America's first 24-hour Spanish -language educational preschool network, as of April 4, 2016. Currently in production are brand new episodes of Justin Time, which feature more adventure and comedy.
