Two years after being killed, Marvel Comics will bring back to life Captain America, according to the NEW YORK DAILY NEWS (via IESB.net).
"The original Captain America is finally coming back," Marvel Comics editor in chief Joe Quesada said. "We've been patiently planning for this moment for 21/2 years."
The character, who is set to get a film adaptation in 2011, will return in July with a five-comic series titled CAPTAIN AMERICA REBORN. Captain America and his alter ego Steve Rogers were introduced 68 years ago and has appeared in more than 210 million comics in 75 countries over the years.
Marvel has not said yet how it will resurrect the character.
