Throughout September TELETOON will premiere its new fall lineup of series.
Debuting Saturday, Sept. 3, at 7:00 pm, CARL2 follows 14-year old slacker Carl Crashman and his secret industrious clone. The program will air weekends at 7:00 pm.
DELILAH & JULIUS premieres on Saturday, Sept. 3, at 4:00 pm, where it will air every weekend. Both Delilah and Julius reside at The Academy, a school and training ground for young spies.
Based on the popular toy franchise, BRATZ debuts Sunday, Sept. 4, at 5:30 pm. The series follows the adventures of Cloe, Yasmin, Jade and Sasha, the girls with "a passion for fashion," as they scoop stories for their own teen magazine. Stories that run the gamut from celebrity encounters to unexpected capers to their own everyday teenage experiences that take them from Stiles High to exotic cities around the world. The series will air Sundays at 5:30 pm.
THE LIFE & TIMES OF JUNIPER LEE will make its TELETOON debut on Sunday, Sept. 4, at 5:00 pm. For the most part, Juniper "June" Lee leads a pretty normal life by having fun with friends, dealing with her overzealous younger brother and worrying about school work; except that in addition to her everyday tween escapades, Juniper has both the honour and burden of keeping the equilibrium between the real and magical world. The show will be broadcast Sundays at 5:00 pm.
The new season of THE GRIM ADVENTURES OF BILLY AND MANDY premieres on Thursday, Sept. 1, at 8:30 pm, which will regularly air Thursdays and Fridays, at 8:30 pm. Likewise, September is full of new episodes of some of TELETOON'S favorite series including: TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES, CODENAME: KIDS NEXT DOOR, WHAT'S NEW SCOOBY-DOO, DUCK DODGERS and FOSTER'S HOME FOR IMAGINARY FRIENDS.
TELETOON will also debut two new CINETOONS in September. TOM & JERRY: BLAST OFF TO MARS makes its Canadian premiere Saturday, Sept. 3, at 5:00 pm. Once content to duke it out on Earth, Tom and Jerry now boldly go where no cat and mouse have gone before, when they get trapped on a spaceship bound for Mars, and get attacked by Martians! The furry duo must join forces with a young Martian girl to battle asteroid fields, the Martian invasion of Earth, and a gigantic alien robot bent on destroying anything and anyone in its path.
MUCHA LUCHA: THE RETURN OF EL MALÉFICO also makes its Canadian premiere on Saturday, Sept. 17, at 5:00 pm. Voiced by Tim Curry, the evil El Maléfico has broken free, and it's up to Rikochet, Buena Girl, and the Flea to stop him by gathering up three magical artifacts from different parts of the world. Will they do it in time to save their parents, the other Luchadores, and the world? Their battle with El Maléfico will decide the fate of the universe.
