Spider-Man With Neil Patrick Harris Coming To Kabillion

Kabillion, the multi-platform kids' entertainment service, has teamed up with Sony Entertainment to bring its Kabillionaires the exciting adventures of Marvel's famous web-slinging superhero, in the CG-animated production, SPIDER-MAN, THE NEW ANIMATED SERIES, starring Neil Patrick Harris (HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER).

The animated adventure series will debut May 1 on both Kabillion On-Demand (on Comcast and Bresnan Cable systems nationwide) and Kabillion's broadband site, www.Kabillion.com.

The program is Kabillion's first new series launch of 2008, with further new multi-platform content announcements anticipated in the coming months. Kabillion will also help promote the new SPIDER-MAN series on the CW network's Kids' WB

SPIDER-MAN, THE NEW ANIMATED SERIES (13x26), which originally aired on MTV, was produced in CG animation by Mainframe Entertainment in association with Sony Pictures Television. In this 2003 update of the hugely popular comic book superhero, college student Peter Parker (Harris) battles with a variety of super-villains as Spider-Man, while trying to find a way to balance his personal life, including his girlfriend Mary Jane (Lisa Loeb), his part-time job as a photographer at the Daily Bugle, and his editor (Keith Carradine) who is convinced Spider-Man is a criminal that must be brought to justice. Ian Ziering (BEVERLY HILLS, 90210) also stars as Peter's best friend and secret nemesis Harry Osborn.
