The 3rd annual Ottawa Student
Animation Festival is slated for
October 18-21, 2001. In addition to the Official Competition for all
levels of students and the Best School Competition, SAFO '01 will
feature School Panoramas, showcasing work from animation schools
around the world, plus the first ever Teacher's Symposium, a four-day
conference where teachers will discuss teaching strategies, the state
of animation education and training, and what's in store for the
future. Plus: retrospectives, workshops, trade fair, parties, and
