Renderosity Launches Web Hosting Services

Website Renderosity has launched its new Animation Outlet, a new area where animators can post their work. In support of this new area, Renderosity has designed three new hosting packages and a larger File Locker designed to fit animators bandwidth needs. The new services can be found on the Member's Options drop down menu by clicking on "My Services." Members may host their own animations, or have Renderosity do it for you.

The Hosting Services allow users to decide how much they want to spend and keep track of their activity through easy user-management tools. The new Services start at 150 MB of disk space and 5 GB of traffic, up to 500 MB of disk space and 30 GB of traffic. Each service is customizable allowing the artist to set their own spending limits and pick their own service options such as domain name service, Website, FTP access, emails and more. The pricing starts at $14.95.

Renderosity Hosting features easy to use Web interface that allows users to maintain their Website from any computer with an Internet connection. Renderosity Hosting is written in Java and works with any SQL-compliant database and runs only industry standard software. It can help automate time-consuming tasks and has advanced resource management.

In celebration of the new launch, Renderosity will be hosting a Grand Opening "Animation Celebration" Contest. Sponsored by Maxon, e-on software, Curious Labs and Second Life, the prizes total more than $2,400. Official contest rules and information will be posted July 21, 2004.
