Family Guy Site Offers Full House

FamilyGuy.com begins its rollout today (April 28, 2005), offering FAMILY GUY fans loads of interactive online entertainment goodies as well as a community to coincide with the return of the animated series May 1, at 9:00 pm on FOX. The site launches with its first of what will be many Family Guy-centric sweepstakes offerings, Stewies Radical Remodel, with a prize package that includes dozens of FAMILY GUY stuff to fill the winners house, including limited edition cel art, action figures, lunchboxes, inflatable chairs, posters, pillowcases and dartboards.

Designed to grow as the season progresses, FamilyGuy.com will give fans more about the show, the episodes, the actors and the ancillary activities (including hearing music from the new comedy CD and seeing footage from Family Guy Live!); engage other fans via message boards; get behind the scenes access to the production process via a producers blog; and enjoy tons of exclusive content, including a classic clip of the day, scenes from upcoming episodes posted every Friday night, free downloads and buddy icons, and more. An online store offers DVDs, books, mobile phone ringtones, t-shirts and loads of other Family Guy merchandise.

FamilyGuy.com was developed by 20th Century Fox in association with Big Spaceship (www.bigspaceship.com/v2.5/), an award-winning creative and media agency, and Zeek Interactive (www.zeek.com).

Since its debut in 1999, the Emmy-nominated animated series has attracted an impressively loyal following of devoted fans and has sold more than 3.5 million combined DVD units, making it the fourth-largest TV series seller ever. Due to this loyal fan following, in an unprecedented move, 20th Century Fox Television ordered 22 new half-hours of Seth MacFarlanes Emmy Award-winning animated comedy series.

FAMILY GUY is a 20th Century Fox Television production. MacFarlane is creator/exec producer with David A. Goodman as exec producer/showrunner, and Chris Sheridan as exec producer.
