4Kids Entertainment, has licensed its animated adventure series, CHAOTIC, to leading broadcasters in Europe, Australia and Asia, it was announced Tuesday.

Scheduled to launch in spring 2008, CHAOTIC has been acquired by TEN Network (Australia), RTBF (Belgium), SIC (Portugal), MNet (South Africa), and Kids Central (Singapore).

Produced in high definition, the series chronicles the adventures of two teenage boys who discover a fascinating trading card game that transports them into a multidimensional world of action and adventure.

In the United States, the CHAOTIC series airs weekends on 4Kids TV -- the four-hour Saturday morning program block on Fox -- and is available for VOD viewing on the Comcast, Cox and Bresnan cable systems.

The series is also broadcast via cable in the U.S. on Jetix. In Canada, CHAOTIC is broadcast in English and French on TELETOON.

4Kids partnered with TELETOON Canada and Bardel Entertainment to produce the high definition, 3D CGI animation series.

In addition, 4Kids and TC Digital Games have partnered to produce a CHAOTIC trading card game for sale at retail stores nationwide.

The CHAOTIC series follows two teenage boys who discover that the CHAOTIC Trading Card Game theyâve been playing is more than a game.

A secret portal transports them to CHAOTIC, a parallel universe where the boys find themselves right in the middle of the action where the game comes to life. They quickly realize that the unique codes on their trading cards are actually scans of real, living creatures with unique powers from the realm of Perim.

The boys then use these fierce and fascinating beings to help further their gaming skills as they capture the codes of new creatures, new battle gear -- even new locations in which to compete.
