I am a student, in 10th grade. I am still new to 2d animations. I just want to know, is the animation good?
I am feeling something is wrong with this, but I don't know what it is. Could someone tell me his/her thoughts on this?

Sounds like you are talking about a zoom in or zoom out. If the character is not doing anything then just let the camera do the work of zooming. No need to draw different sizes of your character when the camera can do it for you.
