instaling maya

hi friends..
friends...i have ACER-ASPIRE 5002 NWLMI laptop..
it has a amd turion 1.6ghzprocessor,AGP 64mb graphix card,
having sis drivers with it.it is dificult for me install maya in it..
if sis enabled.... if i disable sis drivers..i could able to open maya..
please gimme a solution so that i can usse maya in my laptop
without any problem....
