Need help to choose tools to make math tutorials

Hello,

I would like to make YouTube video math tutorials. The big portion will be related to math formulas animation to show the problem solutions. So I need pretty basic animations: move and resize objects (numbers and simbols), change color, highlight draw on a whiteboard and similar simple things.

I tried to do animations in Powerpoint and was able to get results. However, it takes me 5 hours to make a 20 seconds simplest animations (like ilustrating rules how to multilpy fractions)

I am wondering: is there a simplier windows based free software where I can make simple animations fast even with limited tools and options? Someting like MS Paint but for animations?

Thank you in advance!

If you're looking for simple

If you're looking for simple and free animation software on Windows, you might want to consider Pencil2D. Pencil2D is a straightforward and user-friendly animation tool that allows you to create 2D animations easily. While it may not have all the advanced features of professional animation software, it should serve your purpose well for basic math tutorials.

Another option is Blender. While Blender is a powerful 3D modeling and animation software, it also has a 2D animation mode that might suit your needs. It has a steeper learning curve compared to Pencil2D but provides more versatility.

For very basic animations, you might also explore online tools like Renderforest or Biteable. These platforms often have pre-built animations that you can customize with your content.

Remember to check the licensing terms of any software you choose to ensure it aligns with your intended use, especially if you plan to use the animations for commercial purposes.

When selecting tools for math

When selecting tools for math tutorials, consider platforms with intuitive interfaces like Microsoft OneNote for seamless note-taking and explanation. Utilize interactive whiteboard tools such as Explain Everything or BitPaper for engaging visuals. Leverage the power of Product Marketing by highlighting your tutorials' unique features to attract and retain a wider audience
