Hey! 9 Story And Darius Films? Fugget About It!

Toronto-based production and distribution studio 9 Story Ent. and Canadian film producer Darius Films are partnering to produce a pilot entitled FUGGET ABOUT IT, a prime-time animated sitcom about the misadventures of a powerful former New York mob boss and his family, who enter a witness protection program and are relocated to a sleepy Canadian town.

The pilot has been commissioned for The Detour on Teletoon, the network's teen and adult programming block.

Nicktoons Network will air THREE DELIVERY, a new modern-day superhero tale packed with martial arts, high-speed bike races, paranormal mystery and kid-relatable comedy, beginning Friday, June 27, at 7:30 p.m. (ET).

The new animated 26-episode series, produced by the New York-based Animation Collective, follows three Kung Fu fighting teens as they strive to balance studying, delivering food for Wu's Garden Chinese restaurant and protecting ancient Chinese recipes from the evil Kong Li. The series will air regularly Friday nights at 7:30 p.m. (ET).

On Friday, Sci Fi Channel's critically-acclaimed drama series BATTLESTAR GALACTICA wrapped a record-breaking 10 weeks with its powerful mid-season finale episode, "Revelations." Sit Down Writers Get Breach Of Contract Letter

The WGA writers and writer/producers of Fox's SIT DOWN SHUT UP, a primetime toon from Sony/IATSE, received breach of contract letters Friday night, according to Nikki Finke's DEADLINE HOLLYWOOD DAILY.

Finke reports that the writers never signed contracts to begin with. Finke's Thursday night post, with the breaking news that the writers had walked out of work, says that Sony misinformed the writing staff about the show being under IATSE jurisdiction.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles Reboots with Season One Marathon

Take back the first season of TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES (T:SCC) this August on Fox. Beginning Sunday, August 10, encore episodes of the entire first season of T:SCC will air Sunday through Wednesday. The action-packed season finale cliff-hanger that left Cameron's fate unknown will air Sunday, August 24.

The Season One reboot kicks off the countdown to the Season Two premiere Monday, September 8 (8-9 p.m. ET/PT) on Fox.

Toei's Series Digimon Data Squad And Dragonball GT Back In Germany

Toei Animation's popular animated series, DIGIMON DATA SQUAD and DRAGONBALL GT are back to RTL2 in Germany. RTL2 has acquired 48 half hour episodes of DIGIMON DATA SQUAD and 64 half hour episodes of DRAGONBALL GT.

Nick Jr. Says Ni Hao To Second Season Of Kai-Lan

Nick Jr. has picked up a second season of the hit animated preschool series NI HAO, KAI-LAN.

The network has ordered 20 new half-hour episodes of the series that introduces preschoolers to Mandarin language and Chinese culture as they go on interactive adventures in Kai-lan's beautiful, culturally-rich world. Production on the second season, scheduled to premiere on Nick Jr. in winter 2009, will kick off in August in Burbank, California, USA.

New Tween Animated Series My Life Me Greenlighted

TV-Loonland and Canadian-based company, CarpeDiem Film & TV will start production on their new animated series MY LIFE ME (52x11). Canadian kids broadcaster, Teletoon Canada and French broadcasters, France 2 and Canal J, are backing this co-production. TV-Loonland will handle all international distribution rights in all media including L&M.

The project was co-created by J.C. Little, Cindy Filipenko and rising manga star Svetlana Chmakova, who found success with the top selling Tokyopop comic book hit DRAMACON.

Simpsons Voice Cast Receive More Doughnuts From Fox

THE SIMPSONS cast have signed on to a four-year deal and solidifies the show's landmark 20th season, according to VARIETY.

Production has been delayed for several months as the voice actors and Twentieth Century Fox worked out a new deal, which ups the actors' salaries to about $400,000 an episode; the previous amount was somewhere in the mid-$300,000 range.

Scottish rocker Shirley Manson, lead singer of Garbage, will play the CEO of a cutting-edge tech company in Fox's TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES, per THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER.

The character of Catherine Weaver will be a regular role for the singer. The sci-fi series, starring Lena Headey as Sarah Connor, Thomas Dekker as her son John Connor and Summer Glau as terminator Cameron Phillips, was the highest-rated new scripted series of the shortened 2007-2008 season. It will return with new episodes in the fall.

For the first time ever, SOUTH PARK will be broadcast on television in HD when SOUTH PARK'S IMAGINATIONLAND premieres on DIRECTV's The 101 Network tonight at midnight.

Craig Horner and Bridget Regan will star in Sam Raimi's syndicated series WIZARD'S FIRST RULE, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. The show launches this fall.

Based on Terry Goodkind's book WIZARD'S FIRST RULE and epic fantasy series THE SWORD OF TRUTH, the show is an hourlong weekly from Disney-ABC Domestic Television and ABC Studios.
