The new animated preschool series follows the misadventures of a ‘Bossy Bear’ and his bestie, Turtle; the show is slated to debut in 2023 on Nickelodeon in the U.S. and Nick Jr. channels internationally.
Animation remains key as network reveals plans for expanding franchises such as ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ and ‘PAW Patrol;’ new series including ‘Face’s Music Party,’ ‘Bossy Bear,’ and ‘HexVet;’ and a ‘Blue’s Clues & You! Live Tour’ starting this fall in the U.S.
New deal includes previously announced ‘UglyDolls’ animated feature film directed by Kelly Asbury along with an animated TV series, digital and print publishing, mobile and educational games, soundtrack and music, and merchandising and licensing programs.
Director Kelly Asbury’s animated musical family adventure inspired by the beloved plush toy line arrives in theaters on May 10, 2019.
