Oscar-winning director’s 360-degree short film for Google Spotlight Stories is included in two screening blocks and will also be presented at a specially installed 360-degree Dome theater.
Program highlights include the Canadian premiere of Russia’s ‘Quackerz,’ Igor Kovalyov’s ‘Before Love,’ and a female director short film showcase with 11 countries represented.
Animaze 2016 to present the Canadian premiere of immersive VR environment ‘APES,’ created by George Snow, and ‘Samskara,’ a psychedelic immersive digital art exhibit from ILM alum Android Jones.
