Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, and Aryan Simhadri will return to embark on a new adventure based on ‘The Sea of Monsters,’ the second installment of Rick Riordan’s best-selling ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ book series.
Jon Steinberg and Dan Shotz’s reimagining of Rick Riordan’s best-selling book series, that tells the story of a 12-year-old with newfound divine powers and his journey to find a lightening bolt he’s accused of stealing, looked to ILM VFX supervisor Jeff White and the studio’s groundbreaking StageCraft LED Volume technology for live-action shoots integrating real-time animated environments.
Don’t get too excited… Hulu members can watch the first episode from December 20 through January 31, but still need to head to Disney+ for the second and all subsequent which will air weekly.
