Nate Theis wins Best in Show for ‘Driving.’ ‘Birthday’ by SVU’s Nick Tustin wins the first place student award, followed by ‘Religatio’ by Jaime Giraldo and ‘Panty Fairy’ by Junwei Chen.
Awards will be given out across a variety of categories and craft from student, commercial, and independent entries to excellence in writing, design, and animation.

ASIFA-East announces its 45th Annual ASIFA-East Animation Festival Awards Ceremony on Sunday, May 18 at the Tishman Auditorium at The New School in New York City.
Presented by the SVA Animation Department and ASIFA-East, Richard Williams documentary Persistence of Vision returns to New York City for a very special FREE screening on Thursday, April 3rd.
ASIFA-East is currently accepting entries for the 2014 ASIFA-East Animation Film Festival; the deadline for submissions is January 3, 2014.
