LA Shorts Fest Announces 2013 Lineup

The Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, now in its 17th year, has announced its full lineup for 2013.
The LA Shorts Fest, which runs September 5-12 at the Laemmle Theatre in North Hollywood, will showcase 280 short films. The selection of films for screening and competition features award-winning directors and filmmakers, star-studded casts, and films from 17 countries worldwide.
This year’s program includes 12 animated shorts, to be screened on Monday, September 9, at 3:15 p.m. Selections include Isabel Peppard’s stop-motion short, Butterflies, Julie Rembauville and Nicolas Bianco-Levrin’s It’s A Dog’s Life, Ryan Kravetz’s The Collectors Gift, and Jonathan Hance's hand-drawn Bridge Wish Love.
