It looks good Ben. Your demo reel is very nice looking. There's several seconds of darkness, but I have a suspicion that's more my computer than your reel.
The only recommendation I'd make on the site itself is to fit all your clips/thumbnails within the crosshairs of your selector. I noticed when I switched from About to Clips, the active window size grew. It didn't affect the site, it's just an odd look and gives the appearance of a scale issue.
Also, consider using more interesting pictures for the thumbnails on the video clips.
