Terwilliger Joins EyeballNYC

25-year old Jodi F.Terwilliger has joined design boutique EyeballNYC. Born in Elmira, New York, Terwilliger graduated from Marist College, with a BA in Communications Radio/TV/Film. After graduation, he worked in advertising at Paradigm Communications, Tampa, Florida, and at The Diecks Group, in New York. Terwilliger returned to freelancing in late 2000. "Jodi is another great addition to the EyeballNYC crew," said founder and creative director Limore Shur.

Lamba Named Vice President, International At Disney Interactive

Sanjeev Lamba has been named vice president, International, at Disney Interactive. Lamba will oversee development and management of Disney Interactive's business in territories outside North America, including Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Japan. Lamba has been with The Walt Disney Company since 1993. He joins Disney Interactive from Disney Consumer Products in Japan, where he served as vice president, licensing and marketing. Prior to that, he was director of marketing for Disney Consumer Products' licensed business in the Asia Pacific region.

Cheetos Lovers Get Tickets To Atlantis

The Frito-Lay, Inc. food company announced that it has partnered with Walt Disney Pictures on a promotion that gives kids free movie tickets to Disney's ATLANTIS: THE LOST EMPIRE. The promotion, which runs through July 14, 2001, began with the movies release on June 15, 2001. Specially marked bags of Lay's Potato Chips, Doritos Tortilla Chips, 3-D'S Snacks and Cheetos Cheese Flavored Snacks will feature characters from Disneys ATLANTIS: THE LOST EMPIRE and give an opportunity for kids to see the film at participating theaters.

Jack Davis Wins Reuben Award As Outstanding Cartoonist Of The Year

Presented by the National Cartoonists Society, the 55th Annual Reuben Awards have taken place in Boca Raton, Florida, the home of the International Museum of Cartoon Art. The three-day event climaxed on May 26, 2001 with the presentation of the Reuben Award to the outstanding cartoonist of the year. Jack Davis, best known for advertising illustration and work in MAD Magazine, is the winner of the 55th Annual Reuben Award, the highest honor in the cartooning profession. The Society also presented the Gold Key/Hall of Fame Award to Arnold Roth for fifty years of cartooning excellence.

Available this month from Cambridge and their distributor network, the new version includes a number of new features, greater performance and the ability to output work in Flash format.
