New animated action-adventure comedy follows a family of herbivorous dinosaurs defending their homeland.
Winsing Animation has announced the May 1, 2021 Chinese theatrical release of their newest animated feature film, Diary of Dinosaurs. The 90-min comedy, action-adventure follows a family of herbivorous dinosaurs who try to defend their homeland.
Woody, a star agent intern, travels from the future to find his senior partner. He arrives in a strange world where he meets Yaya and seeks her guidance and help. Woody discovers that Yaya is an endangered species of dinosaurs and she, along with the other herbivorous dinosaurs, are being invaded by carnivorous dinosaurs. The dinosaurs keep fleeing the endless harassment of their invaders until Yaya, inspired by Woody’s courage, overcomes her inborn fear, and decides to stand firm. Like her father had before her, Yaya stands her ground when the carnivores invade again.
Diary of Dinosaurs is Winsing's seventh feature film. The studio is committed to creating original IP to provide entertainment to audiences at home and abroad.
