Award-winning motion graphic design studio Fish Eggs has hired TJ Welch as Executive Producer and Andrew Marshall as Senior Designer.

VENICE, CA -- Award-winning motion graphic design studio Fish Eggs, has hired TJ Welch as Executive Producer and Andrew Marshall as Senior Designer.

Fish Eggs, whose clients include every major network, is the world's premier studio for creating original motion graphics packages for television. Specializing in alternative programming, Fish Eggs is the creative and technical leader in logos, title sequences and even high-end 3D visual effects, which until recently were exclusive to only the most expensive special effects houses.

In adding Welch as Executive Producer, Fish Eggs is further strengthening their live-action production capabilities. Welch has more than 12 years of design, branding, marketing and production experience, most recently as supervising producer at Framework Studio, where he produced and art directed motion graphics for Feature Film Titles, Broadcast Packages, Trailers, Commercials and live-action productions. His credits include Syfy’s Ghost Hunters and MTV’s Randy Jackson’s America’s Best Dance Crew for television as well as the features Grown Ups, for Sony and Deuce Bigelow American Gigolo, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, and Zookeeper, for Columbia.

“TJ's experience as not only a graphics producer, but also a former designer and producer of live action production really enhances our ability to give our clients EVERYTHING they need to get the job done right,” says Chris Roe, Founder and Executive Creative Director of Fish Eggs. “Plus, he has an amazingly fun energy and working with him is a blast.”

“Chris is unafraid of change or challenge,” says Welch. "It's very exciting to collaborate with someone so passionately creative who is always finding new ways to move the company forward.”

With Andrew Marshall, Fish Eggs adds an Emmy-award winning designer with eight years of experience in Broadcast Animation. Marshall most recently served as Lead Designer and Animator at Aerodrome Pictures since 2006, where he primarily focused on Main Title Design for high-profile hits including American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, The Ellen Degeneres Show, America's Got Talent, and TMZ.

“Andrew is the total package -- a senior designer/animator with an incredible eye for detail and the extremely deep technical knowledge to see his ideas through,” says Roe. “It's amazing how many complex projects he gets right the first time.”

“Fish Eggs is a great place to be because Chris is a hands-on, collaborative creative director with a deep understanding of production, graphics and the industry,” says Marshall. “Also, we do so many different kinds of graphics and that really suits my skill set.”

With Fish Eggs’ own green screen stage and the ability to do time-lapse or slow motion graphics as well as motion tracking, 3D modeling, lighting and texture mapping, rotoscoping, compositing and finishing, Fish Eggs is best able to accommodate the growing roster of clients who want high-end 3D and visual effects work that was previously out for reach for all but expensive features.
