Highlighting the November 2006 lineup, YTV is premiering its new animated series, WEIRD YEARS, on Nov. 6, at 8:30 pm. Exploring the lives of the Dorcovitch family as they deal with life and transition in North America, the series takes a light-hearted look at the familys adventures in the New World as seen through the eyes of some very strange people. Produced by Lenz Ent. in association with YTV, the network has ordered 26 half-hour episodes.
YTV celebrates the launch of WEIRD YEARS with Weird Family Day on Monday, Nov. 6, airing back-to-back episodes of family-focused series from 6:00 pm 8:30 pm, including a new episode of THE FAIRLY ODDPARENTS and BEING IAN.
ZAPX movie lineup for November has several Canadian movie premieres, including CINDERELLA STORY on Nov. 5., CATCH THAT KID on Nov. 12 and DRAKE & JOSH GO HOLLYWOOD on Nov. 19. ZAPX, hosted by Simon, airs every Sunday night at 6:00 pm.
A title typically reserved for Oscar Sunday, YTV adds a special holiday-themed Popcorn Till You Dropcorn to the schedule. On Sunday, Nov. 26 from 12:00 noon to 8:30 pm, YTV prepares for the winter season with a back-to-back holiday movie marathon: BARBIE IN THE TWELVE DANCING PRINCESSES, CASPERS HAUNTED CHRISTMAS, RICHIE RICHS CHRISTMAS WISH and the ZAPX presentation of HOME ALONE.

Over on Treehouse, the fourth season of THE WIGGLES begins Sunday, Nov. 5, at 2:00 pm. From way down under, the Australian-born Wiggles four Aussie guys in vibrant skivvies (t-shirts) are known for their effervescent energy, catchy lyrics and danceable rhythms. The foursome is joined by their hilarious sidekicks, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Henry the Octopus, Wags the Dog and Captain Feathersword who keep things wiggling and moving along with interactive songs celebrating the joy of music and dance.
To support the DVD launch of TOOPY AND BINOO: BIG PARADE, Treehouse will air 12 back-to-back TOOPY AND BINOO episodes on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 6:00 pm. To celebrate the DVD launch of MAX & RUBY: FIREMAN MAX, Treehouse will air six 12-minute episodes back-to-back on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 7:00 pm.
