Coming to the digital platform in 2022 are ‘Vixen: NYC’ launching May 26; ‘Red Hood: Outlaws’ and ‘Zatanna & The Ripper’ follow later this summer.
WEBTOON and DC have revealed a new slate of comics coming to the WEBTOON digital comics platform. The new lineup will introduce new comics fans to the DC Universe and DC’s iconic characters with original series launching throughout 2022.
Coming soon:
- Vixen: NYC (May 26) written by Jasmine Walls with lead artist Manou Azumi
- Red Hood: Outlaws (Summer 2022) written by Patrick R Young with art by Nico Bascuñán
- Zatanna & The Ripper (Summer 2022), written by Sarah Dealy and lead artist Syro
In September 2021 Batman: Wayne Family Adventures launched on the platform, with new episodes rolling out weekly. The series explores Batman’s adventures as a father to a dynamic group of adopted, fostered, and biological Super Hero children.

WEBTOON has brought digital comics have been the source of some of Netflix’s recent series including Hellbound, Sweet Home, and All of Us are Dead as well as New York Times bestsellers “Lore Olympus” by Rachel Smythe, and Miriam Bonstre Tur’s “Hooky.”
