Brussels Anima 2003 festival organizers have created a new competition category for Internet films called WEBANIMA 2003. The competition is open to all and is intended for any animated work made specifically for screening on the Internet. Work submitted may have been entered or won awards in other Internet animation competitions. Each entrant may submit a maximum of 3 works. Entries must not exceed 2 MB. The jury will choose a Grand Prix winner from 15 finalists. The Grand Prix of 2,500 Euros is sponsored by SPIROU.COM.
