Pamela Adlon and David Herman are back in the latest hilarious animated short from mobile-first entertainment company Seriously and Reel FX.
The Best Fiends franchise is at it again! Mobile-first entertainment company, Seriously, has just released their ninth animated short, the hilarious King Slug Industries. An all-star voice cast includes Pamela Adlon (Californication), who returns as Hank, and David Herman (Office Space), back again as Roger; Alan Oppenheimer (The Neverending Story) stars as King Slug, with Stephen Root (Office Space) as Manager Slug and Tara Strong (Inspector Gadget) as KSI Video Narrator.
The 3D/CG short expands the animated world of Best Fiends, following Hank and Roger as they pursue the job of their dreams. Directed by Augusto Schillaci, who has helmed each of the nine films, King Slug Industries was produced by Golden Globe-nominated Reel FX Animation Studios, known for The Book of Life and Free BIrds. The studio is also currently in production on SCOOB! with Warner Bros. Animation and Rumble, a Reel FX original, with Paramount Animation.
In 2017, Seriously launched two animated shorts with Reel FX, Boot Camp and Visit Minutia, that brought the Best Fiends world to audiences online. Since then, the nine Best Fiends shorts have garnered more than 30 million combined views and helped grow the Best Fiends YouTube channel to more than 810,000 subscribers.
