"More changes have taken place in the technologies that affect the production and distribution of entertainment product in the past decade than in the entire history of the business, which is why it is imperative that we have executives of Darcy and Chuck's caliber playing major roles in our operation," said Cookson. "They've both made invaluable contributions to the company during their tenure and we'll continue to look to them for their expertise and leadership."
