VlogBox and BeaniTV Launch Kids-Safe OTT Monetization Cooperation

Leading over-the-top app development and advertising platform teams with children’s TV brand, founded by former Disney TV head Dean Valentine and Vidstart founder Rotem Gindi, to help support fun and safe video content for kids.

VlogBox, a global over-the-top (OTT) app development, advertising, and monetization platform for content creators and publishers, has announced a new collaboration with Beani.tv, a children’s TV brand founded by the former head of Disney TV and TV Animation, Dean Valentine and Rotem Gindi, Founder and CEO of Vidstart.

While the company’s new cooperation initiative is expected to increase Beani.tv’s monetization yields, it will also further expand VlogBox’s presence in the kids’ space as well as provide its demand partners with new inventory opportunities. Both parties feel confident that this collaboration will generate significantly increased revenue.

“We’re very excited to launch our cooperation with VlogBox,” Valentine said. “We expect their innovative work with OTT audience extension will help drive Beani.tv forward. I hope the results won’t keep us waiting.”

The Beani.tv app supports fun and safe video content for kids, including everything from entertaining songs to educational content, all designed to spark a feeling of connection between kids and their parents. All videos published on the Beani.tv app are chosen by the company’s team members and not via data algorithms.

This diligent, hand-curated approach to programming on the kids’ content vertical hews close to VlogBox’s own values. According to VlogBox’s CEO, Nikita Platonenko, the company will connect Beani.tv with exclusive demand sources that will appeal to the intended audience, kids, while sticking to its innovative policy standards. “This represents a significant achievement for VlogBox as Beani.tv is a trailblazer in kids entertainment,” he said. “We are proud of being trusted, especially when it comes to kids-related issues. Our COPPA certification keeps both small viewers and the brand protected. We are confident that VlogBox’s proven track record of success in the OTT and CTV fields will ensure we can provide significant monetization yields, and our support will ensure Beani.tv grows as a brand too.”

VlogBox has launched and currently supports over 1,000 live CTV apps, helping video creators reach audiences across top CTV devices including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Android TV.

The Beani app is a free, ad-supported streaming platform designed to create fun and safe video content for kids and their parents. Programming is selected by the Beani team rather than algorithms and includes top tier content from prominent animation studios like Mattel and Amuse (Barbie, Thomas & Friends, Hot Wheels, and Car City), alongside quality content from creators (Family Fun Pack, Scratch Garden, Little Big Toys, Savannah Kids and more) and original content production planned for the near future. Beani is currently available on Roku and the company’s website (Beani.tv) with an upcoming launch on Vizio and Samsung TV.
